Frequently Asked

What is coaching?

Coaching is a highly personalized approach to help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you vision to be. Coaching looks forward, identifies immediate problems and challenges and creates solutions. Working with a coach is your opportunity to focus your attention on you; navigate life’s transitions; increase your confidence, focus on your deepest desires and create pathways to actualize your highest potential.

Why Woman-Centered coaching?

Because women are intricately woven beings with different needs, barriers and opportunities. Women are often underestimated in the workplace and under-supported in many aspects of life. Woman-centered coaching is not about setting goals but about identifying aspirations and fostering self-actualization. As your power-partner, I’ll create a safe space to help you ignite your power, unlock potential and fast track your success… beyond what you currently see.

What coaching is not:

Coaching is not therapy but it can be cathartic or healing. Unaddressed trauma, mental diagnoses or physical/sexual abuses may require a professional with mental health credentials. I will always be honest about how I can support you, even if that means a referral to a professional best suited to your needs. I want you to be whole, free and thriving.

Is coaching for me?

If you’re ready to live a life you love and do the work to make it happen, then coaching is for you. The mind is where the magic happens. We spend tireless hours investing in our physical wellness. Coaching is like taking your mind to the gym. Coaching requires you to be honest, forward-looking, open to new thinking and motivated to focus on what you truly desire. If you’re ready to invest in yourself, create a vision aligned with your values, shatter your inner glass ceiling and make an even deeper impact, then coaching is for you.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes, schedule a complimentary call to meet me. Let’s see if we’re a good fit. I will always honestly share my insights on if and how we can work together. Ready? Access to my calendar is above.

What is Stacy’s coaching approach?

I create a safe and inviting space for us to bring our most resourceful and authentic selves. Through deep listening, laser focus, devoted presence with a sense of humor, meaningful questioning and direct communication you are fully supported to be who and where you are with a focus on your passions and heartfelt desires. I am your head cheerleader, accountability partner and the chief celebrator of you. Together, we’ll create a plan to tackle old stories and create new pathways to the authentic vision of yourself and your possibilities.

Are you a spiritual or faith-based coach?

While I draw inspiration from my faith in God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, I wouldn’t categorize myself solely as a Christian or spiritual coach. Instead, I integrate my beliefs into my coaching style to help clients tap into their innate strengths, gifts, and purpose. My faith is deeply meaningful to me, and it guides my approach to coaching women. However, I respect that not all clients may share the same beliefs, and I’m here to support them regardless. If we do share faith, we can align our work with biblical principles, but my primary aim is to empower clients on their personal journeys, not impose my beliefs on them.
